Adopt QC12K CNC hydraulic shearing machine as the main machine, and configure DA310 special CNC system for shearing;
Adopting numerical control front feeding device, eliminating the back gauge device, cutting precision and work efficiency are higher;
The front feeding device uses servo control technology, and is equipped with pneumatic clamping and feeding devices, plus the powerful functions of the DAC310 numerical control system, which is fast, accurate and stable, greatly saving manpower and improving work efficiency;
Imported ball screw and linear guide rail ensure the repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
