The hydraulic three-roller symmetrical plate bending machine has a three-roller symmetrical structure. The upper roller is symmetrically positioned at the center of the two lower rollers. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acts on the piston to move vertically, and the final gear of the main reducer drives the two The gears of the lower roller mesh for rotating motion to provide torque for the rolled plate. The plastic metal plate with flat specifications passes between the three work rolls (two lower rolls and one upper roll) of the bending machine. With the help of the pressing of the upper roll and the rotation of the lower roll, the metal sheet is continuously bent through multiple passes. Produce permanent plastic deformation and roll into the required cylinder, cone or part of them. The disadvantage of the hydraulic three-roller symmetrical bending machine is that the end of the plate needs to be pre-bent with the help of other equipment. The hydraulic three-roller symmetrical plate rolling machine is suitable for large-scale plate rolling machines with a thickness of more than 50mm. A row of fixed rollers is added under the two lower rollers to shorten the span of the two lower rollers, thereby improving the precision of the rolled workpiece and the overall machine performance.
